Frequently Asked Questions

I offer individual, dyadic, family and group psychotherapy sessions in addition to a variety of modality specific psychosensory practices.  I also offer a variety of specialized prepackaged or customized workshops including parenting psychoeducation and mindfulness practices.

Every client is different so frequency and length of sessions will vary, however most individual and dyadic sessions are approximately 60 minutes. 

Your journey will be specific to you so every treatment plan looks different.  You will know when your treatment is completed.  Some family and groups prefer to have a structured set of weeks/months for sessions and workshops will generally be 1-2 days. Most individual clients prefer to remain ongoing until they feel complete in the therapeutic process. 

Our initial consultation will help you to identify your treatment goals so that we can co-create a treatment plan which meets your individualized therapeutic needs.
